How do I become a client and book services?
To create an account through the software we use, click here. You will be asked to enter some basic information, then you will be sent a temporary password via email. Once you get this temporary password, use it to log in and create a permanent password. You will then add your pets to your profile, and enter in all of the details we will need to know to care for them. Once your pets are added, you can request the services you need! If we have not yet done so, we will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet. This is REQUIRED before we will agree to care for your pets. For easier booking and access to visit report cards, invoices, etc. we recommend downloading the app for our software, which is called Time To Pet. It is available in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. If you don't have a smart phone, no worries - everything can still be done via the desktop site!
Will you stay overnight with my pets?
No, we are not currently offering overnight stays. Check back often to see if that changes, though!
Do you offer boarding services?
No, we do not. Our goal is to cater to the pets in our community who can't go to boarding facilities, or whose owners might prefer they stay at home. If you are looking for boarding, we recommend checking out Guardian K9 in Columbus!
How far will you travel to care for my pets?
We are currently serving Columbus, IN and some surrounding areas, depending on staff availability. If you aren't sure if you fall in our service area, feel free to email us () or call/text us (812-552-2265) with your address, and we will let you know!
How long is a drop-in visit?
Drop-in visits are entirely dependent on your pets and their specific needs. A visit could be as short as 5 minutes if we are just feeding fish, for example, or as long as 45 minutes or an hour if we are watching a puppy who needs lots of playtime and to get energy out. We are happy to discuss visit lengths for your specific pets at your meet-and-greet.
